Sammy made the paper!
We were just looking at one of the local papers and discovered that Sammy ended up being in the middle of one of the pictures that accompanied a story about the beginning of rugby season. You can read the article and see the rest of the pictures here.

Right on Sammy! What position were you playing? When I played for my school I used to be a "Prop" and had the daylights kicked out of my shins in the scrum. You looked right in the thick of things, good thing you had your mouth guard. Have fun!
That must have been exciting for him and made the 2 of you'se feel very proud.
Things are well here, little cooler the last few days, I think we got spoiled last week with the warm weather.

Ain't it great to be popular! Our kids loved being in the paper at various times throughout the year. Celebrate and be proud ... because they grow up only too quickly.
